Moving

If you are relocating to South Dakota, see the reciprocity information.

If you are relocating within South Dakota, call the Commission at 605.773.6193 and give us your new name and/or address. There is no charge for this change.

If you are moving out of South Dakota and want to be licensed in your new state, send us your:

• name
• address
• telephone number
• new state
• $20 certification fee

We will complete the certification the day we receive your letter and the fee. To prevent fraud, we will send the certification directly to your new state board, unless the state specifically requires the certification sent from you.
