Percent of Employees Offered Benefits - All Industries/Sizes - 2005

ü     Full-time employees are much more likely to receive benefits than part-time employees.
ü     It is important to note that the data below represents the percent of employees offered benefits.
Therefore a company with 100 employees will carry much more weight than one with only a few
        employees.
ü     Even though a benefit is offered to employees, not all of them choose to participate in that
particular benefit. (For example, an employee may be offered health insurance, but may choose not
        to participate in it.)
ü     The benefits most commonly available to full-time employees are medical insurance, retirement
plans, paid vacation leave, and paid holiday leave.
