The system allows you to consider placement success and wages for graduates and completers of specific programs.  The placement outcomes will represent the experience of previous graduates of the program.  The South Dakota Department of Labor has collected placement outcomes for many public educational and training programs.  In some cases, the placement outcomes have been supplied by the training provider.  Performance data should be available for most WIA certified programs. 

To find placement outcome information for a program listed:

1. Click on the "REC" (Record Number) box to the left of the program name.

2. Under the Provider Information and Program Information given, scroll down to the light blue heading "Program Outcomes and WIA Performance Information." There you can find information on the number of completing students who obtained employment, wages at time of placement in a job, etc. if the information is available.
