Compensation and Other Rates
Weekly Workers' Compensation Rate - $334 minimum, $668 maximum (effective July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013). Click here for past rates.
Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) for permanent total disability (PTD) - 3 percent (effective July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013). Click here for past COLA rates.
Mileage Rate (only for travel to and from treatment) - $0.37/mile. Click here for past mileage rates.
Reimbursement Rates for Meals (effective January 1, 2005)
In-State Meal Rates
$5.00 Leave before 5:31 a.m.; return after 7:59 a.m.
$9.00 Leave before 11:30 a.m.; return after 12:59 p.m.
$12.00 Leave before 5:31 p.m.; return after 7:59 p.m.
$26.00 Total
Out of State Meal Rates
$8.00 Leave before 5:31 a.m.; return after 7:59 a.m.
$11.00 Leave before 11:30 a.m.; return after 12:59 p.m.
$17.00 Leave before 5:31 p.m.; return after 7:59 p.m.
$36.00 Total
