2012 NCCI Workers’ Compensation Advisory Loss Costs and Assigned Risk Rates
This serves as notification to your organization pursuant to South Dakota Codified Law (SDCL) 58-24-67 that an informal hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, at 10 a.m. in the conference room located on the Fourth Floor, Room 412, of the State Capitol Building, 500 East Capitol, Pierre, SD. The purpose of this informal hearing will be to discuss the 2012 NCCI Workers’ Compensation Voluntary Advisory Loss Costs and Assigned Risk Rates filing which is intended to become effective July 1, 2012.
